WRITERS BRIDGE - NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE
By submitting your beat to Writers Bridge, you ("Licensor") agree to grant Writers Bridge and its affiliates ("Licensee") the following rights:
- LICENSE GRANT: You grant Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your submitted beat ("Work") on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- PERMITTED USES: Licensee may use the Work for:
• Freestyle/rap video content
• Promotional clips and reels
• Social media posts and stories
• YouTube videos (non-monetized)
- CREDIT: Licensee will credit you as the producer using the name provided in your submission. Credit format: "Prod. by [Your Name]"
- OWNERSHIP: You retain full ownership and copyright of your Work. This license does not transfer ownership. You are free to license or sell the same beat to others.
- NO MONETARY COMPENSATION: This is a promotional/exposure-based arrangement. No payment will be made for use under this license.
- WARRANTIES: You represent and warrant that:
• You are the original creator of the Work
• You have the right to grant this license
• The Work does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The Work contains no uncleared samples
- TERM: This license is perpetual but may be revoked by written request to writersbridge2020@gmail.com. Upon revocation, Licensee will make reasonable efforts to remove content using your Work, but previously posted content may remain.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Licensee is not responsible for any claims arising from the use of your Work as permitted under this agreement.
